Safia OTOKORE, Vice President for Development at the International Cooperation and decentralized, hosted Thursday, October 6, 2011 Regional Council, 40 South African students in Burgundy this fall.
In order to strengthen international partnerships and the Regional Council to encourage the local dynamics of international cooperation, the Burgundy Regional Council has set up a support for projects that are part of its own decentralized cooperation .
